By accessing the services of ROMJER or utilizing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue access to our platforms and services immediately.

2. Agency Credit, Affordable Pricing & Portfolio Rights

• Footer Credit: Because ROMJER provides exceptionally affordable and competitive pricing models across all custom web design services, the Company reserves the right to place a discrete attribution link in the footer of all developed websites and digital platforms (e.g., "Created by ROMJER" linking to https://romjer.com). This inclusion is essential to sustaining our accessible pricing structure.

• Footer Credit Removal Cost: ROMJER Credit Removal is available at a low cost fee of $24.99 USD

• White-Label Option (Credit Removal): Clients may opt for complete removal of the footer credit at any time for a standard one time white-label fee of $24.99 USD. To request credit removal, written authorization must be sent to contact@romjer.com. Upon confirmation of payment, all attribution links will be permanently removed.

• Portfolio Showcase: Unless a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to project launch, ROMJER reserves the right to showcase screenshots, active links, and case studies of completed projects across its portfolio and promotional channels.

3. Access Credentials & Account Security

The client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials, hosting keys, or passwords shared. ROMJER is not liable for data loss or security incidents resulting from improper credential management on the client's end. Direct inquiries to contact@romjer.com.
